- The child has a committed family or someone actively advocating for them and keeps a regularly updated blog and/or facebook page about the child.
- The child has a credible donation account (such as a Reeces Rainbow grant) for profits to be deposited into. We will not mail checks directly to a person or family.
- Preference will be given to children with Downs Syndrome and who are listed with Reeces Rainbow, but all who apply will be considered.
